Richard & Jasmine
Fudgy Brownies started in 2023, Jasmine was a self-taught baker for a few years before we met and shortly after we started dating she got me hooked onto desserts! A friend of mine mentioned a fudgy brownie, not knowing what that was I came home & told Jasmine we had to try make one! We began experimenting with different ingredients in our very own kitchen, mostly in between our full time jobs, the moment we tasted this recipe, we knew we had to share it with the world. Even though we put on a few kilos with all the taste testing (totally worth it), the result was a perfectly balanced, delicious, rich and fudgy! What more could you ask for right?
We recently expanded and added the famous Burnt Basque Cheesecake to our menu! Upon visiting Asian and tasting this smooth and creamy cheesecake, we knew we had to bring it to Fudgy!
We hope our sweet treats bring the same smile to your face as it does to ours, even more so we hope it's a dessert you enjoy & share with you loved ones.
Do you offer same-day pick up or delivery?
Each batch is made fresh upon ordering, orders must be placed at least day before pick up or delivery.
Where is pick up?
We are currently located in Marsden Park, address will be provide on the day of collection.
How much is delivery?
Delivery cost is $15, we deliver across Sydney metro.
Can i heat up my brownies?
Brownies should be stored in an airtight container, they last 7 days at room temperature and up to 14 days when refrigerated.
What happens if i'm not home when my brownies are getting delivered?
Yes, we cater for corporate and special occasions. Please email us for sizing options and large order pricing.

What size are you brownies?
If you won't be home when your delivery is attempted, please provide delivery details if you'd like your order to be delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place.
Please note we make all our products in an environment where nuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are present. Therefore we cannot guarantee our brownies are free from traces of these allergens.
How long can i keep my brownies?
Do you cater for events?
You sure can! Heat up in the microwave for 10 seconds and enjoy.
All brownie slabs are 20.5 x 20.5cm.
Piece size may vary depending on on the request of the customer.
Our standard size is approximately
6.5 x 5cm per piece.
Cafe and corporate sizing is approximately 6.5 x 6.5cm.
